I was doing some yard work and I noticed that the exposed cinder block below my siding, but above the ground had some crack-age and was missing some ?filling?. Can I buy something to fill this in, or it is a more intensive repair?
it only appears to be above the ground. it looks as though the concret that was used to put the block together wore away in a few spaces. It looks like the previous owners filled these spots in with something. When I got the home inspection, he didnt seem to think it was a big deal

Home improvement stores such as Home Depot, and Lowes, sell a two part epoxy compound that works like a putty, just knead until smooth and even, press into the crack and it will expand and seal. providing of course the crack is not below grade, in that case I would consult a masonry contractor for his advise.
